thanks表示感谢，谢谢，道谢的话( thank的名词复数 )，所以答语一般用表示不客气或者不足挂齿一类的话来应答。

答语一般有：

I'm sorry表示对不起，抱歉。所以答语一般用表示没关系，别在意之类的话来应答。
