不太会翻这种超中国化的书面语，但我给你提个修改建议。

后面那两句去掉：
“我或许不是令您满意的，但我相信依靠努力，我将成为最合适的!
我或许不是最优秀的，但我会自强不息，我是有潜力的!”

第一句你岂不是把“让领导满意”跟“最合适教学”对立了么。只有最合适教学的人才最让领导满意，不是吗？

第二句也是一大忌讳。不管哪里招人，都要最好的。你不是最优秀的我干嘛招你？谁都是有潜力的。领导当然不会相信你说自己优秀就优秀，但至少你要表现出自信，表示出我有这种能力，表示出我符合你们的要求。
